If there is a major functionality issue, the customer must email Jaxon's Dealz within 7 days of pickup. The email must include:

  1. Lot Number
  2. Reason for requesting the refund
  3. Clear pictures of the item and the issue

After 7 Days, It's a Done Deal.

All sales are final after the 7-day period. Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
