7-Day Functionality Guarantee

All eligible items are covered by our 7-Day Functionality Guarantee. If there is a major functionality issue, you must email us within 7 days of pickup and include:

1. Lot Number
2. Reason for requesting the refund
3. Clear pictures of the item and the issue

After 7 days, it's a done deal. All sales are final after the 7-day period. Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
