How does bidding work?

Register on our HiBid auction page, then bid on any item you want. There's no reserve — every item sells to the highest bidder. Bidding starts at just $3.50.

What fees are there?

Only a 10% buyer's premium — we do not charge a per-lot fee like many other auctions. If you pay by card, a 3% card fee applies.

When and where is pickup?

Pickup is Saturday 9 AM–4 PM, at our Fresno, CA location. Saturday is the scheduled auction pickup day — please plan accordingly. Local pickup only; we do not ship unless a particular auction specifically states otherwise.

What is the 7-Day Functionality Guarantee?

All eligible items are covered for 7 days after pickup. If an item has a major functionality issue, email us within 7 days and include the lot number, the reason for your refund request, and clear pictures of the item and the issue. After 7 days, it's a done deal — all sales are final and refund requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be accepted.

Are all bids final?

Yes — all bids are final.

Where does the merchandise come from?

Liquidation merchandise from major retailers including Amazon, Costco, Target, Walmart and more.

How do I buy something without waiting for the auction?
